There is a difference between seeking Jesus for His miracles and truly following Him as His disciple.  Mark 3:7-19 helps us distinguish wanting Jesus’s gifts vs. seeking a  genuine relationship with Him. Believers are challenged to move beyond superficial faith, surrendering fully to Jesus while embracing the true cost of discipleship.
